The Annual General Body Meeting of our Association for the year 2010-11 is scheduled to be held on 12^th June, 2011 at 10.30 A.M at Philatelic Bureau, Head Post Office, Pandeshwar, Mangalore – 575001.

Felicitation Programme

D.K.Philatelic and Numismatic Association felicitated its member Dr.Roopashree Rao for winning five medals in her MBBS course. The members of our wish her all the best for her future. Two of the children who won the painting competition held by India Post for the Children's Day Stamps to be released in November under the subject "Tiger" was also felicitated by the Association.

Heritage Museum

The Members of the D.K.Philatelic Association visited the Heritage Museum set up by the Corporation Bank,  situated in Udupi Zonal branch, Udupi. It was the residence of  the Founder of the Corporation Bank and  has been converted into a Museum.

Stamp Painting Competetion Winners.

The Winners of Stamp painting competition were felicitated by India Post, District Office, Mangalore.

Exhibition and Workshop at Chikmagalur

NEWS IN PICS

A Workshop and Exhibition was conducted at Chikmagalur on 13th January 2011 by Mr.M.K.Krishnayya and Mr.Mansoor of DKPNA. It was jointly organised by the Rotary Club of Chikmagalur and Model English Medium School, Chikmagalur. Mr.M.N.Sadakshari, Principal of Model English Medium School and member of DKPNA was also present.
