The second edition of Jane D’Souza’s 'Cook Book' is now available with 100 new recipes incorporated in it. Priced at Rs 250, the book is an exclusive compilation of recipes from Mangalorean cuisine as well as popular Indian and international cuisines. Puddings, cakes, Christmas savories, masala powders and sauces are all featured in this book.
A winner of various cookery contests including Daijiworld.com cookery contest, Jane has several other hobbies. She is the vice-president of the D K Philately Association, former president of the Rotary Anns’ Club of Mangalore, member of the Ladies’ Club, Mangalore, and Mahila Sabha, Mangalore.
