When I was browsing the net, I found many blogs related to Philately which are unique in its own way. Some are of personal collections, some just to display the materials and a few which imparted Philatelic news. I thought it fit to open a blog for Dakshina Kannada Philatelic and Numismatic Association and here I am with the Introduction.
Our members are familiar with our website www.geocities.com/dakshina_kan_pa but what about this blog? I hope that you will like this idea of mine. I was finding it a bit tough to update the 'NEWS' coloumn and would like this blog to be part of it where one can look for the latest news relating to our Association and also those related to Philately and Numismatics.I would like all the members to participate actively as it is easy to give your comments/advice/suggestions on the related matter through a blog, I would also like the support of all the members and well wishers to improve this blog.
